Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Personal Care Products

For hygiene reasons, our body butters and personal care products can only be returned if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong item
• The product caused an allergic reaction (with documentation)

How to Return

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different scent or size, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
